Sara Cousineau

Paralegal

Sara Cousineau,

Paralegal

Sara’s practice as a Paralegal includes real estate transactions, financing transactions, and business organizations. Sara is adept at guiding complex real estate transactions through closing (and beyond), including drafting and coordinating execution of the underlying contract, maintaining deadlines, conducting title review, drafting closing and ancillary documents and coordinating closing – and everything in between. Sara takes the “ABC” rule of business to heart: Always Be Closing.

In addition, Sara assists in all other aspects of the Firm’s development and land use activities, including drafting restrictive covenants, easements, financing documents, and organizational documents for corporate entities. A detailed multi-tasker, Sara juggles a constantly varied workload while conducting research, conversing with clients, title companies and government agencies, and monitoring deadlines for multiple projects.

When she’s not putting in billable hours at the firm, Sara keeps busy with her husband, four kids, and miniature schnauzer. She is a huge fan of classic movies and British crime shows, and can regularly be seen paddleboarding along a river, lake or pond somewhere in Idaho.
